Returns Policy

Unwanted Items:

Our 30 day money back guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and in a re-sellable condition for a full refund. Please note that we are unable to refund the postage costs you incur when returning your order to us.

Faulty Items:

If your item developes a fault within 30 days of your purchase date you are entitled to a full refund or to have the item repaired or replaced. Items that develope a fault after 30 days of your purchase date will be repaired or replaced.
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please contact us.

We will ask you to cover the cost of sending it back to us in the first instance, but this will be refunded to you once your return is received by us and verified as faulty.

Please note that solar-power-station.co.uk will not take responsibillity for items that go missing in the post if you have no Proof of Postage for the item(s) you returned.

Refunds:
